Stonehenge Application & Lease Process

Start Your Application

Once you have selected your apartment, click “Start Application”. Our Stonehenge Access platform will email you a personalized link to our secure online application portal. Our application portal will guide you through the process.

Track Your Progress

You can check the status of your application by logging into Stonehenge Access, including knowing where your roommates and guarantors are in the process, at any time by logging into the portal. We will contact you with any additional requirements or information that may be required.

Sign A Lease

Once the application is completed and meets all requirements, our platform will generate a lease document to be digitally signed in Stonehenge Access.

What is the Stonehenge Access Rental Procedure?

Start Your Application:

  • Credit scores and history are verified by reporting agencies instantly
  • Once you have selected your apartment, click “Start Application.”
  • Our platform will email you a personalized invitation link to our secure online application portal.
  • Our application portal will guide you through the process, including verifications and background checks, and uploading any required documentation such as identification documents.
  • Please note: If you have the “credit lock” feature enabled on your credit report, please contact Transunion.
  • If you have any roommates, occupants, or guarantors over the age of 18, please click invite in the application, which will provide a link directly to the individuals to also complete the application.
  • Please note, all Tenants, Guarantors, and Occupants over the age of 18 are required to complete the application.

What are the application requirements?

Here’s what you’ll need to qualify for an apartment in the Stonehenge community

Credit Requirements

  • Credit scores and history are verified by reporting agencies instantly

Income Requirements

  • The tenant(s) combined income must be greater or equal to 40x the monthly rent
    For Example:
    Apartment Rent: $4,000, total household income should be at least $160,000
  • The guarantor(s) combined income must be greater or equal to 80x the monthly rent
    * Please Note; Only U.S. Guarantors with social security numbers will be accepted

Required Documents

  • Government issued photo ID (color copy)
    *Back up paperwork may be requested, including letters of employment, 2 recent pay stubs, W2’s, tax returns, CPA letters, bank statements

Third Party Guarantors

  • Stonehenge has partnered with TheGuarantors that can guarantee leases for applicants that do not meet our income/credit requirements
  • DISCLOSURE: Stonehenge Management LLC (“Stonehenge”) receives compensation from TheGuarantors for applications that TheGuarantors receives from Stonehenge’s tenants and prospective tenants. Tenants and prospective tenants are not required to use TheGuarantors and are free to use any other qualified insurance program approved by Stonehenge

Have A Furry Friend?

  • Stonehenge is a pet-friendly community; we allow dogs and cats up to 50lbs. There are breed restrictions for dogs
  • Please have a picture of your pet and the most recent vet records available to upload
    *Please note, we accept all service animals with proper certification documents
